We thought this went without saying...
We can not enter/pass through someone's house to clean in the back garden area because of social distancing etc (clear side entrances/alleyways are needed). We clean properties for the elderly & very vulnerable people of all ages so we will not/can not put them at risk and please do not forget we have homes to go to as well and do not want to harm our own. We would have thought that this would be obvious to people & we were right, we have been commended by our customers that we are making sure our stance on this is for the well being of everyone. That is why we did not have this on here before because we all can not even enter our loved one's homes. Today we were proved wrong though by being accused of wasting someone's time by asking them to send 2 pictures for us to quote on cleaning their conservatory, only to find we couldn't because it meant entering their property. They said "WE SHOULD HAVE THIS WRITTEN ON OUR SITE", so here it is, just for them. To you our Lovely Customers, thank you very much for your understanding & making sure the social distancing is being kept in effect when we visit to carry out your cleans.
